Welcome to Sunday School! Keep up to date on what your child is doing in Sunday School.
Registration for the 2015/2016 Sunday School year is available now. There are online and paper options.

We are in need of Sunday School teachers and assistants at both hours (9:00/10:30). If you are considering teaching Sunday School or helping in another way, please contact Susan Larson for more details.

Children of Bethel begin Sunday School at the age of three (3 years old by Sept 1st). We offer a traditional Sunday School setting for ages 3 years (Beginners) to Fourth Grade. Sunday school is in session from September through May. Our Sunday school enrollment is around 300 children led by 40 + teachers and classroom assistants.

This year, Bethel will be using “Living the Good News” throughout all education opportunities, worship, and Bible studies.

Sunday School Volunteers

Our Sunday School Program relies on the skills and dedication of volunteers. Without the help of volunteers, we could not offer Sunday School to the 300 children who register each year. We have teachers, co-teachers, assistant teachers, and superintendents on Sunday mornings. We are in need of volunteers at both 9:00 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday School hours. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Susan Larson. Other volunteers help with craft prep as well as other areas as needed. Story Time readers are needed approximately 2 times per month.

Bethel’s CYF Ministry has guidelines for volunteers who work with children and youth. Volunteers must be actively involved in at least one of Bethel’s ministries for a minimum of three months. Those seeking to teach or assist in Sunday School who do not meet this requirement have many opportunities to volunteer until he or she does meet this.
